What I found most interesting from this article, is the list with the most popular Secondary Languages. This list is topped by the French language. I would have thought that English or Spanish is the most popular second language, but I guess that many West African countries have populations with French as a second language.
By the way, English is the language spoken in the highest number of countries, 115 (!). Also, taken everything together, Eglish is said to be the most influential, but Chinese is spoken by the highest number of people.
