A whole freaking lot, I'm afraid. Notably the United States...
Or so I thought. Next to the worlds biggest economy, there are, according to this map, only two countries not using the metric system, notably Myanmar and Liberia.

However, this was not always so. The metric system was introduced at different moments in time in different countries. Most recently, the United Kingdom and Canada adopted the Metric system around 1980.
Metric measurement was used much earlier in countries like Argentina and Germany.
The first country to adopt metric was France, where the metric method was invented in 1791. It then quickly spread over other parts of Europe under French influence, such as Belgium and Holland. Other countries followed later.
